This is my result after watching the foliage tutorial by Bogodar Havrylyuk and what I learned from the course Vegetation for Games at CGMA.
I decided to take the leaf substance one step further and add more details as well as create a texture atlas with different leaf variations. Some leaves have insect holes, added a green base for the younger leaves, different surface patterns, slightly different hues, and dead sections to some of the leaves.
The ground material was created with Substance Alchemist with a material from Substance Source.
